The coffee-break!

I stayed one day at the standard room and 3 at the luxury. The only difference betweenthem are the shower and the tv. The pillow and mattress were terrible in both case! I don´t recommened this hotel because after walking all day (waterfalls, Paraguay and so on), what you most want is a good night´s sleep!!!

Hotel owner was very helpful in arranging for a private tour guide to Iguazu Falls and gave us very good directions and tips about the area.

The employees are very polite and always ready to help. But there is only one person talking english. The garden and the pool are very nice.

Mold in the bathroom ceiling, but it is due to the weather in this area always moist.

Fair price, good breakfast with the best cheesebread ever. Also the room with access to the swimming pool was really nice.

The location in not exactly close to the city, so if you wanna stay in a place downtown this is not the case.

It's a simple hotel, but it's very good. The room is very comfortable, the service is very good and the staff is very attentive. The best they offer, though, is a tourist guide that sits at their reception, Mr. Luiz Azevedo, from lp Turismo. He's a great guide for the region and to take you shopping. If you're planning a trip to Foz, I recommend both the hotel and his services!

Location was just as we had hoped...close to airport, the cataracts and just a city bus away from the centre of town. The staff was quite helpful - although few spoke much English we were able to communicate as needed. The tour company in the lobby was perfect for our needs...

Smeof the 8 rooms we had booked had problems such as no hot water or TVs that came on for no reason. Or leaking from the shower above.....but the hotel was obliging us by moving anyone who complained.

La ubicación es perfecta. Queda en la mitad del camino de los principales sitios, como Argentina, Paraguay, Parque Nacional, Itaipu, Aeropuerto y centro de la ciudad de Foz de Iguassú. La naturaleza alrededor del Hotel también es un atractivo especial.

Muy buena atencion de todos los empleados de este lugar. Disfrutamos del parque y piscina que posee.

Los colchones son duros e imcomodos al iguaL que las almohadas. La habitacion tiene espacio amplio pero faltan terminaciones

No me ha gustado nada tuvimos que quedarnos para que no nos carguen la estadia en la tarjeta

Nos dieron una habitacion que no era de lujo, tuvimos que reclamar al dia siguiente para que nos cambien, porque estabamos en una habitacion en el segundo piso y sus pasillos en las escaleras no tenian luz y estaban sucios, las moscas se paraban en la comida del desayuno y la cena, la sabana se salia del colchon cuando uno se movia, el hotel esta todavia en refaccion y su limpieza es totalmente deficiente, no tiene aire acondicionado en la recepcion, no nos dieron el tv de 42 pulgadas conforme aparecia en la reserva porque dijeron que no lo tenian

La comida y la habitacion son altamente recomendables. En espcial por su relacion con el precio de la estadia.

No me gustó la atencion del personal de recepcion del turno tarde y la atencion en el restaurant del hotel.

Todo muy bueno la pasamos re bien.

El hotel es muy bonito , bien ubicado , atención excelente y el servicio de gastronomía muy bueno .- La piscina es muy hermosa y hacen buena combinación con el amplio patio y jardines que posee el establecimiento.- Por su ubicación está a minutos del centro , el aeropuerto y del Parque Nacional Iguazú.-

Cuidar ciertos detalles y no solucionar solo cuando alguien llega para hospedarse en el hotel.- El frigobar de mi habitación no funcionaba y el domingo bien temprano fuimos despertados pienso que la mayoría de los huespedes por ruidos fortisimos de construcción (Aparentemente estaban demoliendo un muro o no se que).- La calidad de los articulos destinados al toilette y sanitario deja mucho que desear por ser muy economicos u ordinarios.-

Me resultó grata la estancia en dicho hotel. El señorío de su hall principal no condice con las habitaciones (la mía fue la 1114) pero debo reconocer que fue confortable.

Foute afrekening - dubbele aanrekening van buffet ! Voor transfers bellen ze geen taxi's maar verwijzen je enkel naar het lokale reisbureau uit de lobby. Dit reisbureau 'lp Turismo' wou ons bij terugkomst van de watervallen meer doen betalen dan oorspronkelijk overeengekomen ook al was dit al niet weinig !!!
